It is essential and a requirement before proceeding with a booking at The Stretch Lab Australia that you DO NOT have any of the below symptoms.

  • Fever
  • Flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue
  • Shortness of breath  

On condition on entering The Stretch Lab

  • Arrive at your scheduled time
  • Disinfect or wash your hands as you enter the clinic
  • Masks may be worn and practitioners will wear one if asked

What The Stretch Lab will be doing to achieve maximum hygiene

  • Disinfecting stretch tables after each client
  • Washing and disinfecting hands after each client
  • Ensuring there are 1.5m between stretch beds/clients
  • Clean and sanitised towels for each client
  • Completed the Infection Control Training - COVID 19 – Aust Govt Dept of Health

Cancellation Fees:

If you need to cancel your appointment please cancel via the ‘confirmation email’ that we send you or phone/text 0412688070. Please be respectful of cancellations and the 24 hours requirement. Any cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full cost of your appointment.
